The Power of Stories [Marketing Insights #31]2 min read

This week I remind you of the power of stories. And I'm not just talking about Disney here, but much of the successful content online.
Why are the stories so successful - because of the emotion.
We often forget that our work creates emotions, we can even help someone take an important action.
Here comes our role - are we creating a story around our company or personal brand? And if not - why not?
I know, the most common roadblocks are "I'm not interesting" or "nothing to say". But trust me, your experience is invaluable to others
People want to know not only about your successes, but also your failures. It will make them better. It will create emotion.
Remember: Authenticity attracts. Vulnerability connects.
Grab the pen and write! 😉
P.S. For inspiration, I recommend Donald Miller's The Storybrand Model, a great guide to compelling storytelling.
AI Tool of the Week
Veed IO - easy video processing
AI has made huge strides in text and image processing, but it's not lagging behind in the video part either.
Veed IO is software that does several useful things:
✅ Cuts out "blank spaces" - when we say "um" and "am"
✅ Enhances sound, centers the eyes gaze, etc.
✅ Can add subtitles
Seems like a unified tool for those who frequently work with and process video format.
There are downsides though - it looks more expensive than usual. Its starter plan starts at 22$/month, but it has a lot of features.
Therefore my assessment is 7/10.
Digital News
Will write "AI Info" in our content
Instagram has introduced a "Made with AI" tag for posts created using artificial intelligence. This has caused discontent due to inaccurate tagging by the algorithm.
After influencers expressed concerns about trust among their followers, Instagram changed the "AI Info" label to neutrality.
Social networks are expected to continue to flag AI content.
This is from me for today 🙏
See you soon!
