This week got off to an exciting start when Ruth Stevens, an American author in the B2B marketing field, landed in Bulgaria to instantly head over to Launchee and give a presentation on - How to build a brilliant marketing plan.
The event was organized by ABLE, in partnership with the America for Bulgaria Foundation, and I had the honor to moderate the meeting and to be able to ask Ruth some interesting questions.
Well, I have to admit that I had started to forget the thrill of the live meetings, but I made sure that the emotion is unparalleled, especially when the topic is marketing.

✔️ Focus on the customer - Ruth mentioned this at least 10 times for a reason. We now have many platforms that tell us more about our audience's behaviour (via IP for example) and marketing research prices are becoming more affordable, so we have no excuse.
✔️ No one likes filling out personal data on lead-gen forms, so help users do it by providing really useful information.
✔️ The most valuable marketing skill, according to Ruth, is data analytics.
