The first step in social networking is the hardest.

Then often come the doubts:

↳ "Do I have anything to say to the world?"
↳ "Will they pay attention to me?"
↳ "Isn't the competition too strong?"

It is human. Unfortunately or not, we are (over)thinking creatures.

However, I will tell you how I dealt with the internal barriers when I decided to be more active on LinkedIn a few months ago.

And as always, I won't waste your time with enticing formulas for quick success, because there simply aren't any.

The secret? I always make a plan. That is.

A plan means thinking through very clearly: the goals I'm setting; the audience I'm going to speak to; my content strategy.

And when I have a plan, I know that my tasks are: to follow it, to analyze it and to get better.

Of course, making a plan involves more preparation (so watch this newsletter), but you can start with the goals.

What do you want to achieve?

PS. These gentlemen are some of the foremost experts on LinkedIn. Two of them have a combined 3+ million impressions in the last year. They all had a plan, believe me. 💡

AI Tool of the Week
Remove background in perfect quality

Maybe you often need to remove backgrounds in a photo, but finding the right tool is no easy task.

We all know about Remove BG, but it drastically reduces the quality. So what to do?

Adobe has come up with a great solution (click). Without reducing the quality. Completely free. That's why its rating is - 10/10.

Here's where to find Gen-Zs

Colleagues born in the years 1997-2012 are of increasing interest to advertisers and companies as they are the core of a younger workforce. But which social network do they visit most often?

Visual Capitalist answers this question by presenting a slight surprise. The top spot is actually not TikTok, but YouTube, followed by Instagram and Facebook. This opens up a field for reflection.
