Training in digital
marketing
for teams

Corporate training for marketing teams that want to work in a more structured way and back up their results with numbers. The training is hands-on: the group works on its own campaigns, channels, and data. The format is one or two days, for a group of up to 20 participants.

Who it's for

Who the
training is for

The training is for teams, not individuals. The result is a shared workflow, not an individual certificate.

  • Marketing teams that have grown but lack a shared workflow
  • Companies where marketing is run by one or two people looking for structure
  • Teams working with an agency who want to ask better questions and evaluate results
  • Executives who want to understand what's actually behind the marketing reports

The program

Topics
we cover

The program is put together after the questionnaire. Below are the topics to choose from.

1

Strategy and positioning

How to arrive at a message that actually works.

2

Channels and budget allocation

Which channel for which goal.

3

Content

Planning, production, and repurposing.

4

Advertising

How to read the results, and where money most often gets wasted.

5

Email marketing

Working with contact lists.

6

Measurement

Which metrics actually mean something, and which just look good.

7

Artificial intelligence in the marketing process

Where it actually speeds up the work.

How it works

How the
training works

Before the training, I send a questionnaire about where things stand today: channels, team, tools, and the most painful spots. The program is built from there.

In the room, every topic includes an exercise using the company's real material: an actual campaign, a real brief, real numbers from a report.

Formats
of the training

  1. One day

    Up to 20 participants

The basics and a shared workflow.

  2. Two days

    Up to 20 participants

Deeper work on selected topics, organized by role.

  3. Talk at a corporate event

    45 to 90 minutes

A format for a larger audience, when the goal is a shared framework rather than a workflow.

Questions

Frequently asked
questions

Who is the digital marketing training for?

For marketing teams at companies that want a shared workflow and better measurement of results. It also works for teams working with an agency, and for executives who want to understand their marketing reports. It's not aimed at individuals training on their own.

How is this different from an online digital marketing course?

An online course gives general knowledge to one person. Corporate training works with the whole team at once, on the company's actual campaigns and data, and ends with a shared workflow. The result is shared, not individual.

Does the training include artificial intelligence?

Yes, as part of the marketing process, not as a separate topic. We look at where AI actually speeds up real work: briefs, content, competitor analysis, and where using it does more harm than good.
