Newsletter

When you sign up for the newsletter, we collect only your email address. It is stored in the site’s database and used solely to send the content you subscribed to.

Legal basis for processing

We process form data based on the consent you give by filling in and submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Newsletter data is processed solely on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

Messages sent through the forms are automatically forwarded to Etien’s personal email address via Gmail (Google Ireland Limited) — the data passes through Google’s infrastructure as part of delivering the message itself. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

Newsletter addresses are kept in the site’s database until you request deletion. Messages from contact forms are kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, unless they develop into a contractual relationship subject to separate statutory retention periods.

Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies — to remember your chosen language (Bulgarian or English) and for logging into the admin panel. We do not use cookies for advertising, traffic analysis, or cross-site tracking, so we do not display a cookie-consent banner — one is only required when cookies beyond the strictly necessary kind are used.

The video in the Speaking section only loads from YouTube after you click on it (via youtube-nocookie.com) — no YouTube cookie is set before that.
